Making Sushi Nobu Style

Not only did I learn to make sushi by the master, I was hand fed by Chef Nobu himself!

An incredible day of sushi making with Chef Nobu Matsuhisa.  What a pleasure and so much fun!  I think I was actually pretty good at it...  Thank you Chef Nobu and staff for making this such a special day!
