Beautifully sweet and so delicious, it is time to take advantage of fall figs while they are in season. One of my favorite salads with mixed autumn greens, toasted walnuts, honeyed chèvre and Prosciutto, drizzled with aged balsamic and rich extra virgin olive oil. Simply divine!
