Start the new year with a fresh and healthy outlook! Time to get back in the gym and back to healthy eating. I try to make time for one good hour of exercise everyday and to concentrate on making my daily eating routine comprised of at least 75% from the earth, mostly vegetables and fruits then nuts and whole grains. There is no better motivator than results...so get to the gym or outside for an invigorating walk and try to eat healthy...most of the time!
